Who plays where, and when
The Cactus League publishes the full schedule each fall. When the 2027 calendar is out it loads here with a filter by team and ballpark; until then, here is how the month runs.

How a Cactus League month runs
- Games start the last week of February and run to the final weekend of March; most first pitches are 1:05 or 1:10 pm, with a handful of 6:40 pm nights.
- Every club plays nearly every day, alternating home and away, so any given afternoon there are five or six games within reach of the houses.
- Lawn seating is the Cactus League move: cheap, shaded at some parks, kids run free. Reserved seats behind the plate sell out first for the Cubs, Dodgers and Giants.
- Tickets sell through each club and the Cactus League site; we will point you to the right window when the schedule posts, and our concierge can hold group blocks for a house.

Scottsdale Stadium is five minutes away and Old Town is the after-party. Sloan Park and Hohokam are fifteen minutes down the 101.

Salt River Fields is the closest park to any of our houses. Tennis court, grotto pool and room for twenty between games.

Valley Vista Estate
Central and west-side parks are quickest from Paradise Valley, and thirty people fit under one roof.

Troon Ranch Casitas
The 101 west to Peoria and Surprise is a straight run from North Scottsdale, and the casitas suit couples and small groups on a game-a-day schedule.
Good to know
Booking a Spring Training week
March is the busiest month of the year in Scottsdale. The houses carry three-night minimums on weekend arrivals and go to the first group that holds them, usually by December.
- Book early. The Cubs and Giants weekends fill first. Hold the house before the schedule posts; we will help you build the game plan after.
- Transport. We arrange a driver or a van for game days so nobody parks and nobody counts drinks.
- Between games. Private chef dinners, pool days, a tee time. Ask the concierge.
- Rates. Live pricing on every house; the quote shows the whole cost before you hold the dates.
