Parsons Hospitality is the guest-facing side of a family real-estate business that has been building, renovating and operating property for two generations. We do not manage other people's homes. Everything here we own, we designed, and we run.
Arizona
It started with one villa in Scottsdale.
The first Scottsdale house showed us what large groups actually want: one roof, one kitchen, one pool, and enough bedrooms that nobody sleeps on a sofa. So we built bigger ones: a seven-bedroom estate near Old Town, an eight-bedroom compound with a tennis court, and finally an eleven-bedroom Spanish Colonial in Paradise Valley that sleeps thirty. Each was renovated by our own design-build team, with the kitchens, pools and outdoor rooms sized for a group rather than a household.
The Arizona collection still trades under the name guests know it by, Parsons Villas, and bookings are confirmed there.
Maine
Then two inns on a harbor in Maine.
The family then bought Greenleaf Inn and Admiral's Quarters, two neighbouring inns on Commercial Street in Boothbay Harbor, and began the same slow work: new baths, new beds, better decks, and a local innkeeper who answers the phone. Eighteen rooms, most of them looking straight at the water.
Boothbay is where the family spends its own summers. That is the whole reason.

We maintain
Our own crews clean, fix and refresh the houses between stays. If something is wrong, it is ours to make right.
We are neighbours
Our homes sit in residential neighbourhoods. No events, no outdoor noise after hours, and we mean it.
We stay put
These are long-term holdings, not flips. We invest in them the way you invest in a home you intend to keep.
Design-build
The same hands that built them.
